Avery Lake Relief fund

The Avery Lake Relief Fund was created to support individuals with special needs and their families during unexpected and often overwhelming moments. This fund provides emergency financial assistance for situations such as sudden hardships, insurance denials for essential medical or adaptive equipment, bereavement support, and other urgent needs directly impacting a person with a disability. Applications are accepted year-round while funds last, and families may reapply every 365 days. Each request is thoughtfully reviewed by Families for Inclusion’s Board of Directors, with awards based on individual circumstances and available funding. Our goal is simple: to ensure families never feel alone and have timely, compassionate support when they need it most.
